Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1 c
- water - 2/3 c
- oleo - 3/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- mustard - 1/2 tsp
- onions, chopped - 2 item
- sticks celery, chopped - 4 item
- small cans tomato paste - 2 item
How to make barbecue ham sandwiches:
Saute the onions and celery in the oleo until tender. Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Put into a crock-pot or cook on low for several hours. Stir in about 2 pounds of finely chipped ham. Heat until meat is warm. Place on buns and serve.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Sandwich, Ham.
