Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1/2 lb
- barbecue sauce - 1/2 c
- instant minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- can biscuits - 1 item
- cheese, grated - 3/4 c
How to make barbecue cups:
In a large skillet, brown ground beef; drain. Add sauce, onion and brown sugar. Set aside.Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits and place in an ungreased muffin pan. Press dough up sides to edge of cups.
Spoon meat mixture into cups and sprinkle (cover) each with cheese.
Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes or until brown.
