  • ketchup - 1/2 c
  • chicken, cut up - 2 lb
  • Coke - 12 oz

How to make barbecue chicken:

Combine ketchup and Coke in skillet. Add chicken. Cover and cook on medium heat for 30 minutes or until chicken is tender. Uncover and simmer for about 30 more minutes, basting occasionally. Sauce will thicken.
