Barbecue chicken
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 item
- water - 3 c
- salt to taste - 1 item
- cloves garlic, crushed - 2 item
- shoyu sauce
- sugar or to taste - 1/2 c
- Crisco or Wesson oil - 1 item
- fryer, cut in 2-inch pieces - 2 3
- fresh ginger root about 2 inches long, crushed
How to make barbecue chicken:
Cut chicken into 2-inch pieces. Mix shoyu, water, sugar, salt, garlic and ginger together (always remember that shoyu sauce is very salty). Marinate chicken for at least 4 hours or overnight. Roll chicken in flour and fry in hot oil, then put in oven fRecipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
