Barbecue beef sandwiches
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- catsup - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1/3 c
- celery, chopped - 1/2 c
How to make barbecue beef sandwiches:
Saute onion, celery and green pepper in butter. Add rest of ingredients. Roast 3 to 4 pound beef roast until done. Slice and add to sauce. Simmer. Serve on buns.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Sandwich, Barbecue.
