Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- water
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- paprika - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- catsup - 1/2 c
- chopped green pepper - 1 c
- chili sauce - 1/2 c
- ground beef or chuck - 2 lb
- fat or oil - 3 Tbsp
How to make barbecue beef:
Brown beef. Drain off fat. Add all ingredients and simmer on low heat at least 1 hour, or put in slow cooker to cook for 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Meat, Beef, High protein.
