Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- mustard - 2 Tbsp
- ketchup - 3/4 c
- stalk celery - 1 item
- small onion - 1 item
- green pepper - 1/2 item
How to make barbecue beef:
Mix and simmer 15 minutes. Cook chuck roast, rump or etc. until tender. Tear meat into bite size pieces, then add to sauce. Simmer a few minutes. Serve on buns. You can freeze the sauce and add meat when needed.Recipe categories: Meat, Beef, High protein.
