Banana split salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 4
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- pineapple chunks - 1 c
- green grapes - 1 c
- part skim Ricotta cheese - 1 container
- small bananas - 4 item
- fresh raspberries or strawberries - 1 c
- raspberry low-fat yogurt
How to make banana split salad:
In small bowl with electric mixer at high speed, beat Ricotta about 3 minutes or until fluffy. Blend in sugar and spices. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.To serve, peel bananas and split horizontally. In each of 4 dessert dishes, place 2 banana halves. With small ice cream scoop, place 2 scoops Ricotta mixture on top of each; sprinkle with fruits. Stir yogurt to blend; spoon 6 tablespoons over each serving.
