  • sugar
  • heavy cream - 1 c
  • chocolate milk
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
  • crushed pineapple - 2/3 c
  • pecans, chopped - 1/3 c
  • chopped bananas - 3 item
  • carton frozen strawberries, thawed - 1 oz

How to make banana split ice cream:

Mix all ingredients except chocolate milk. Add milk. Pour into 4-quart ice cream freezer and freeze according to instructions. Let harden 1 hour before serving. Makes 1 gallon.
