Banana split dessert
Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- evaporated milk
- chocolate chips - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- nuts optional - 1 item
- bananas - 3 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- Neapolitan ice cream - 1 item
- Place 1/2-inch slices of ice cream slightly softened on top of bananas
How to make banana split dessert:
Dice bananas and place on top of crust. Place 1/2-inch slices of ice cream (slightly softened) on top of bananas. Sprinkle with nuts and freeze.Fudge Topping:1/2 c. butter1 1/2 c. evaporated milk1 c. chocolate chips2 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Cook first four ingredients, stirring until thick. Add vanilla. Cool 2 to 3 hours and pour over dessert. Freeze. Top with Cool Whip and nuts. Serve.Takes 30 minutes. Yields 12 cups.
