Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- nuts - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- chocolate syrup - 1 item
- large container Cool Whip - 1 item
- large bananas - 4 item
- stick melted butter - 1 item
- pineapple juice - 1/4 c
- large can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
- cherries - 1 item
- graham crackers, crushed fine - 2 c
- stick melted butter for crust - 1 item
- any other type of topping you wish - 1 item
How to make banana split dessert:
Crust: In 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine melted butter and then graham cracker crumbs. Form into bottom of pan.Filling: Combine sugar, butter, vanilla and pineapple juice. Mix well. Pour over crust. Spread evenly with sliced bananas over pudding mixture, then spread drained pineapple over bananas. Spread Cool Whip over bananas and pineapple. Drizzle chocolate syrup on top, then sprinkle nuts and cherries.
