Banana split cake
Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- pkg - 2 oz
- stick butter - 1 item
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- carton Cool Whip - 1 item
- jar cherries - 1 item
- can pineapple - 1 oz
- to 5 bananas, sliced - 4 item
How to make banana split cake:
Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; pat into a 13 x 9-inch Pyrex dish. Cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread mixture on top of graham cracker crust. Layer bananas, pineapple (the acid from the pineapple keep the bananas from turning brown) and Cool Whip. Top with pecans and cherries.
