Banana split cake
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- crushed graham crackers - 2 c
- large Cool Whip - 1 item
- crushed pineapple, drained - 2 c
- to 5 bananas - 4 item
- chopped cherries - 1/2 c
How to make banana split cake:
Combine graham crackers and 1 stick margarine. Press into a 9 x 13-inch dish. Beat sugar, eggs, remaining margarine and vanilla together for 20 minutes (no less). Spread mixture on graham cracker base. Slice bananas and lay on top. Top with pineapple. Spread Cool Whip on top of the pineapple and sprinkle with nuts and cherries.
