- eggs - 2 item
- powdered sugar
- stick oleo, melted - 1 item
- large bananas - 5 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- large carton Cool Whip - 1 item
- large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- graham crackers, crushed - 2 c
How to make banana split cake:
Filling:2 c. powdered sugar1 stick oleo2 eggs1 large can crushed pineapple5 large bananas1 large carton Cool Whip Mix oleo and graham cracker crumbs together and pat into 9 x 12-inch pan.Mix together powdered sugar, oleo and eggs. Pour over crust. Drain pineapple well. Add to top of mixture, then slice bananas lengthwise and add on pineapple. Cover with Cool Whip. Put in refrigerator to chill.
