  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • chocolate syrup - 1 item
  • nuts, chopped - 1 item
  • large Cool Whip - 1 item
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • can crushed pineapple, well drained - 1 item
  • to 4 bananas, sliced - 3 item
  • vanilla wafers, crushed - 2 c
  • chopped cherries - 1 item

How to make banana split cake:

Crush vanilla wafers extra fine. Put into bottom of glass cake pan. Combine sugar, vanilla, eggs and margarine. Mix at high speed until creamy. Spread evenly over wafers. Arrange sliced bananas over sugar mixture. Sprinkle with well drained pineapple. Spread Cool Whip over this; top with cherries and nuts. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
