Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 item
- confectioners sugar - 2 c
- stick butter or margarine, melted - 1 item
- sliced bananas - 4 item
- bottle maraschino cherries - 1/2 item
- additional sticks butter, melted - 2 item
- Dream Whip omit the vanilla - 2 pkg
- crushed and drained pineapple - 1 c
How to make banana split cake:
Mix together graham cracker crumbs and 1 stick of melted butter. Form into a 9 x 13 pie pan. Mix next 4 ingredients. Pour on top of cracker crust. Let set in refrigerator until jelled. Layer with pineapple, bananas, nuts, cherries and whipped topping. Chill for at least 1 hour in refrigerator.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
