Banana smoothie
Ingredients/Components
- apple juice - 1/2 c
- strawberries, fresh or frozen - 1/2 c
- low-fat or fat-free yogurt - 2 c
- medium frozen bananas - 2 item
- ice cubes, broken - 6 item
How to make banana smoothie:
Combine all ingredients except for the ice cubes in a blender. Whirl until smooth. Bananas may be frozen in their skin, just peel the skin when you are ready to use them. The skin will turn black in the freezer but it will not effect the flavor of the banana. Yields 4 servings.Recipe categories: Fruit, Drinks, Smoothies.
