Banana slush punch
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- water - 1 item
- bananas - 5 item
- can frozen lemonade - 1 oz
- ginger ale - 4 qt
- can pineapple juice - 1 oz
- can frozen orange juice concentrate - 1 oz
How to make banana slush punch:
Mash bananas thoroughly and add the slightly thawed orange juice and lemonade. Sprinkle sugar over mixture. Add the pineapple juice, stirring well to dissolve the sugar. Put mixture into a gallon milk container and fill with water; do not fill to the top of container. Allow space for expansion during freezing. Freeze to a slush. At serving time, cut off top of milk container to remove slush. Place mixture in a 2-gallon punch bowl and add the ginger ale.This punch base can be frozen and kept indefinitely (well almost). Before serving, allow several hours for the mixture to reach the slush stage. This is a great punch and one of our favorites. Makes 64 (4-ounce) servings.
