Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/4 c
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- finely chopped nuts optional - 1/2 c
- small ripe bananas - 2 item
- banana or vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
How to make banana pudding cake:
Put bananas in mixing bowl and beat well. Add remaining ingredients. Blend, then beat at medium speed with mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into a well-greased and floured 10-inch tube or Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 65 minutes. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on rack. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar, if desired. Very moist cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Egg.
