Banana pudding
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 4 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- to 8 bananas, sliced - 6 item
- small boxes instant vanilla pudding - 3 item
- box vanilla wafers, crushed - 1 oz
- nondairy whipped topping - 9 oz
How to make banana pudding:
Mix the pudding and milk together with mixer for two minutes. Fold in the sour cream and whipped topping. Layer the mixture with the vanilla wafers and bananas. Store in the refrigerator. Makes a lot. Serves 8 to 12.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, Fruit.
