- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- flour - 1/4 c
- large can pineapple chunks - 1 item
- to 4 bananas - 3 item
- whipping cream or 8 oz - 1/2 pt
How to make banana-pineapple salad:
Drain juice from pineapple chunks into saucepan. Bring juice to a boil. Add 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 cup flour. Cook until thick, then set off heat. Add 2 egg yolks and cook again slightly.
