  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • can crushed pineapple with juice - 1 oz
  • diced bananas - 2 c

How to make banana-pineapple cake:

Mix together first 5 ingredients. Add and stir (do not beat) remaining ingredients. Pour into greased and floured pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Cool in pan. Serve plain or with ice cream or whipped topping.
