  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • soda - 3/4 tsp
  • buttermilk - 6 Tbsp
  • shortening
  • mashed bananas - 1 c
  • nuts optional - 2 c

How to make banana nut cake:

Mix well and bake in 350° oven for 1 1/2 hours in tube or Bundt pan, greased and floured.
