  • whipping cream - 1/2 pt
  • lemon or lime juice - 2 Tbsp
  • can evaporated milk - 1 oz
  • carton half and half - 1 item
  • to 8 ripe bananas, mashed - 7 item

How to make banana ice cream:

Mix all ingredients and freeze in ice cream freezer.
