Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
- orange juice - 1/4 c
- cornflake crumbs - 2 c
- to 6 ripe bananas, peeled - 4 item
How to make banana fritters:
Combine crumbs and sugar. Cut bananas in half lengthwise and dip in orange juice. Roll banana in crumb mixture. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet; dot with butter. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Low protein, Fruit.
