Banana cream pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- egg yolks - 2 item
- egg whites - 2 item
- bananas - 2 item
How to make banana cream pie:
Cook first 5 ingredients, stirring until thick; let cool. Slice bananas in pie shell. Add vanilla to custard and pour over bananas. Beat egg whites stiff. Add 4 tablespoons sugar. Put on top of pie and brown in hot oven.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
