  • cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
  • eggs, separated - 3 item
  • cream of tartar - 1/4 tsp
  • melted butter or margarine - 1/4 c
  • milk scald 150~ - 2 c
  • Slowly add sugar which has been mixed with cornstarch and salt
