  • cinnamon - 3/4 tsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
  • soda - 1/2 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • shortening - 3/4 c
  • nuts - 1/2 c
  • mashed bananas - 1 c
  • oatmeal uncooked - 1 c

How to make banana cookies:

Blend shortening and sugar together. Stir in bananas and egg. Add vanilla and other ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350°.
