  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • sifted cake flour
  • eggs, well beaten - 2 item
  • melted shortening - 1/4 c
  • liquid sweetener - 4 tsp
  • medium bananas, mashed - 2 item

How to make banana cake:

Mix all together. Bake in 9 x 9-inch square pan at 350° until cake pulls away from sides of pan or test with toothpick.
