Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• milk - 1 item
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• butter - 1 item
• soda - 1 tsp
• buttermilk - 1/2 c
• baking powder - 1/2 tsp
• Crisco - 3/4 c
• eggs, unbeaten - 2 item
• mashed very ripe bananas - 1 c
• Add eggs, beating well

How to make banana cake:

Cream sugar and Crisco. Add eggs, beating well. Add milk and vanilla, then dry ingredients. Add mashed bananas, beating well. Bake until done at 350°.Icing:1 box confectioners sugar butter milk You can use cold coffee, instead of milk, if desired.
