  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 5 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
  • oil - 3/4 c
  • yellow cake mix - 1 (18
  • chopped nuts pecans - 1/2 c
  • ripe bananas 3 medium - 1 c

How to make banana cake:

Put bananas and oil in blender and liquify. Add mixture and sugar to cake mix. Beat well with electric mixer. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla. Combine 3 tablespoons brown sugar, 1/2 cup chopped nuts (pecans) and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Pour half the batter into greased and floured Bundt pan. Sprinkle nuts, sugar and cinnamon over batter. Pour remaining batter into pan. Bake at 350° for about 1 hour.
