Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- brown sugar - 1 c
- evaporated milk - 1/4 c
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/4 c
- confectioners sugar - 2 c
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- or 2 bananas - 1 item
- box vanilla or banana instant pudding - 1 item
- Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl
How to make banana cake:
Mash bananas. Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Grease and flour a Bundt, sheet or two 9 x 9-inch cake pans. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 30 minutes or until well cooled before taking out of pan.Icing:1/4 lb. butter or margarine1 c. brown sugar1/4 c. evaporated milk2 c. confectioners sugar Boil butter or margarine and brown sugar for 1 minute. Let cool. Add milk. Add 2 cups confectioners sugar or enough for spreading consistency. Let cool and then ice cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 60 mins.
