Banana brunch cake
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon
- packed brown sugar - 3/4 c
- milk - 3/4 c
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- vegetable oil - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- margarine, melted - 2 Tbsp
- any Aunt Jemima pancake mix
- mashed banana about 4 medium
How to make banana brunch cake:
Heat oven to 350°. Grease 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Combine pancake mix, 3/4 cup brown sugar and cinnamon. Add banana, milk, egg and oil; mix well. Spread into prepared pan. Combine nuts, 1/4 cup brown sugar and margarine; sprinkle evenly over batter. Bake about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Yields 12 servings.Recipe categories: Breads, Bananas, Coffee cakes.
