Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- margarine, softened - 1 c
- ripe bananas, mashed - 3 item
How to make banana bread:
Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add bananas and mix well. Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 8-inch loaf pans. Bake at 325° for 55 minutes or until tested with toothpick.Recipe categories: Breads, Fruit, Quick breads.
