Baked yellow squash
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- dash of salt - 1 item
- butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1/2 c
- finely diced celery - 1/2 c
- sweet milk
- yellow squash, cut up - 1 lb
- green peppers, diced - 2 Tbsp
- crumbled soda crackers - 1/2 c
How to make baked yellow squash:
Cook squash and onion in covered boiling water for 20 minutes. Drain, mash and place in bowl. Add remaining ingredients; pour into a greased baking dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
