Ingredients/Components

  • melted butter - 2 Tbsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
  • prepared mustard - 1 tsp
  • crushed cornflakes - 1/2 c
  • almonds - 2 Tbsp
  • bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • mayonnaise - 3 Tbsp
  • parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • poultry seasoning - 1/2 tsp
  • can tuna, drained - 1 1/2

How to make baked tuna balls:

Combine tuna, egg, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, onion, parsley, almonds, mustard and seasoning. Mix well. Shape into 40 balls. Roll in cornflakes. Dip in butter (melted). Bake at 425° for 10 minutes. Serve on cocktail toothpicks.
