Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- crushed cornflakes - 1/2 c
- almonds - 2 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 3 Tbsp
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- poultry seasoning - 1/2 tsp
- can tuna, drained - 1 1/2
How to make baked tuna balls:
Combine tuna, egg, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, onion, parsley, almonds, mustard and seasoning. Mix well. Shape into 40 balls. Roll in cornflakes. Dip in butter (melted). Bake at 425° for 10 minutes. Serve on cocktail toothpicks.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Condiments, etc..
