Ingredients/Components
- fillet trout per person - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
- chopped celery to taste - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- Worcestershire - 1 Tbsp
- dash of Tabasco sauce - 1 item
How to make baked trout:
Spray foil with Pam. Place fish on foil; add seasonings. Close foil tightly. Bake at 350° (preheated oven) for 30 minutes. Open foil; broil for a few minutes. Great over charcoal. Cooking times vary on thickness of fish.Recipe categories: Fish, Freshwater fish, Trout.
