Ingredients/Components

  • fillet trout per person - 1 item
  • small onion, chopped - 1/2 item
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
  • chopped celery to taste - 1 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • Worcestershire - 1 Tbsp
  • dash of Tabasco sauce - 1 item

How to make baked trout:

Spray foil with Pam. Place fish on foil; add seasonings. Close foil tightly. Bake at 350° (preheated oven) for 30 minutes. Open foil; broil for a few minutes. Great over charcoal. Cooking times vary on thickness of fish.
