How to make baked tortilla chips:
Brush each tortilla lightly with oil on one side. Stack and cut into eighths. Place tortilla chips on baking sheet. Bake at 400° until crisp and light brown, about 10 minutes. Makes 6 servings of 8 chips.Per serving using flour tortillas: 115 calories, 0 mg cholesterol, 4 g fat, 0 mg Na.
