Baked tofu
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- shoyu - 4 5
- ground pork - 1 lb
- sake - 2 Tbsp
- dried mushrooms, chopped fine - 1/4 c
- bamboo shoots, chopped fine - 1/4 c
- round onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- block tofu, cut in cubes - 1 item
How to make baked tofu:
Fry ground pork. Add mushrooms, bamboo shoots and onion. Cook for a few minutes. Add shoyu, sugar and sake; mix well. Place tofu in bottom of casserole dish. Pour pork mixture over tofu. Pour eggs over all. Cover; bake for 45 minutes at 350&dRecipe categories: Beans, Vegetarian, Soy/tofu.
