Baked stuffed shrimp


Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- melted butter - 3/4 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- Ritz crackers - 50 item
- scallops - 1/2 lb
- jumbo shrimp - 12 item
How to make baked stuffed shrimp:
Preheat oven to 325°. Crush the Ritz crackers and put into mixing bowl. Add scallops, butter, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix together until all is moist. Place shrimp in baking pan and cover with the mixture. Bake for approximately 20 minutes, until scallops are tender.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Main dish.
