Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- grated cheese
- medium onion, finely chopped - 1 item
- squash
- slices bread, soaked in milk - 2 item
How to make baked squash:
Cook squash until tender. Drain and mash with butter, salt and pepper. Add slightly beaten egg, bread and onion. Mix all well. Pour 1/2 mixture in casserole. Then add cheese to top. Add remaining mixture and top with cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Vegetables.
