Baked spaghetti
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1/4 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chopped green pepper - 1 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- spaghetti, cooked and drained - 12 oz
- dried oregano - 2 tsp
- can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted - 1 item
- sliced ripe olives, drained - 1 can
- mushrooms, drained - 1 can
- ground beef, browned and drained optional - 1 lb
- tomatoes with liquid, cut up - 1 can
How to make baked spaghetti:
Saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives and oregano. Add ground beef if desired. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Place half of spaghetti in a greased 9 x 13-inch dish. Top with half of the vegetable andRecipe categories: Pasta, Main dish, Spaghetti.
