Baked spaghetti
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- ground beef - 1 lb
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
- Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
- jar Ragu spaghetti sauce - 1 item
How to make baked spaghetti:
Cook spaghetti. Drain and rinse in cold water. Mix in melted margarine. Cook ground beef and onion. Drain off fat. Stir sauce into ground beef and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour into the pot of spaghetti and mix. Hand chop spaghetti and sauce mixture. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix cheeses together and sprinkle on top.
