Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- cinnamon - 1/8 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/8 tsp
- dash of salt - 1 item
- raisins - 6 Tbsp
- evaporated skim milk - 3 c
- cooked rice - 3 c
How to make baked rice pudding:
Preheat oven to 325°. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Place in a 2-quart casserole dish, coated with nonstick spray. Bake 30 minutes. Stir and bake 30 minutes longer.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, Grains.
