- milk - 6 c
- sour cream - 8 oz
- flour - 2/3 c
- butter - 2/3 c
- cheese - 8 oz
- stems green onion - 4 item
- baked potatoes 6 if small - 4 item
- slices bacon crumbs - 6 item
How to make baked potato soup:
In large pot blend flour, butter, milk, (roux) let thicken. Bake potatoes, peel and mash (chunky). Add potatoes to roux add chopped onions, bacon crumbs, & cheese. Top with onion, cheese and sour cream.Recipe categories: Potato, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
