  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • flour - 2/3 c
  • butter - 2/3 c
  • cheese - 8 oz
  • stems green onion - 4 item
  • baked potatoes 6 if small - 4 item
  • slices bacon crumbs - 6 item

How to make baked potato soup:

In large pot blend flour, butter, milk, (roux) let thicken. Bake potatoes, peel and mash (chunky). Add potatoes to roux add chopped onions, bacon crumbs, & cheese. Top with onion, cheese and sour cream.
