Baked potato casserole
Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- sliced stuffed green olives - 1/4 c
- bag of potatoes, cooked, peeled, diced - 5 lb
- American cheese, sliced into strips - 3/4 lb
- partially fried bacon, chopped - 1/2 lb
How to make baked potato casserole:
Combine all ingredients except olives and bacon. Place in 9 x 13 inch baking casserole dish. Top with bacon and olives. Bake at 325° for 1 hour. Serves 12. This is a great dish to take to a potluck or for a crowd. It can also easily be halved for a smaller group.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
