Baked potato casserole
Ingredients/Components
- Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes - 1 lb
- small jar olives, chopped - 1 item
- bacon, cooked and crumbled up - 1 lb
- or 5 large potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes - 4 item
How to make baked potato casserole:
Peel potatoes, cube and boil. When done, drain and add remaining ingredients. If the mixture seems too thick, add more mayonnaise or a little milk. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until the center is bubbly.If you don't eat it all at the first sitting, it's better the next day.
