  • pork chops, boneless and trimmed - 6 item
  • oil - 2 Tbsp
  • diced onion - 1/2 c
  • condensed cream of celery soup - 2 c
  • milk - 1 c
  • medium sliced potatoes - 6 item
  • shredded cabbage - 1 lb
  • flour - 1/4 c
  • salt
  • pepper - 1 item

How to make baked pork chops:

Brown chops in hot oil in heavy pan, then remove chops. Add onion, soup and milk to pan and blend with oil. Set aside. Starting with potatoes, alternate layers of potatoes and cabbage into an 8-cup casserole. Sprinkle each layer with flour; pour soup sauce over each layer. Place chops on top and cover casserole. Bake 1 1/2 hours in 350° oven.
