Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- hot water - 3 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- uncooked rice - 1 c
- pork chops - 6 item
- large green bell pepper, sliced - 1 item
How to make baked pork chops:
Cut fat off chops, brown on both sides. In shallow baking dish, mix rice, water, salt, pepper, onion and undiluted soup. Add green pepper. Arrange chops in dish; cover with foil and bake in a 375° oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.Recipe categories: Meat, Pork chop, Pork.
