Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- center cut or boneless pork chops * - 1 item
How to make baked pork chops:
Wash pork chops. Dip in egg, then bread crumbs to coat. Arrange in shallow oven dish. Cover bottom in water. Cover dish with tinfoil. Bake in oven at 325° for 1 hour.*Either center cut with or without bone will cook up great.
